Entrances and Exit
The station has three entrances - Entrance A and Entrance B on
either side of Jalan Cheras, and Entrance C at Jalan 3/144A inside Taman
Connaught. A link bridge also connects the station via the link bridges to
Entrance A and Entrance C with the Cheras Sentral Shopping Mall.
Each entrance will have separate feeder bus service lines. Therefore,
passengers are advised to ensure the correct entrance for the feeder bus
line which they are going.

Cheras Sentral (Previously known as Phoenix Plaza)
Located at 6th-Mile Cheras (Batu 6 Cheras), Cheras Sentral build with a
concept of fully integrated family shopping and leisure complex, offering a
colourful variety of activities. However, it is half-abandoned due to
accessibility problem and inexperienced management. Now, the plaza is
undergoing a RM159 million makeover by Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd (Mayland)
which bought the plaza with 880,000sq ft gross floor space.
The company proposes to renamed it to 'Cheras Sentral' which is attached
300-rooms hotel and a cineplex (TGV) at the rooftop, bowling alley, indoor
amusement park and gourmet supermarket in the basement.
At over 1,000,000 square feet, this complex has been exquisitely designed to
host 450 retail outlets offering a huge variety of products and services.
Spread across 8 floors, anyone will be spoilt for choice for shopping,
dining and entertainment. The retail outlets, many of which are household
names in themselves will showcase their top-of-the range products in a safe,
clean and friendly environment.
Besides the shopping complex, Taman Connaught MRT Station is intended to
serve the locality of surrounding housing estates with huge population,
including Taman Len Seng, Taman Bukit Cheras, Alam Damai, Taman Connaught
and more.
MRT Feeder Bus Services
With the opening of the MRT Kajang Line, MRT feeder buses
(T410, T411 and
T412) has begun operating, linking the station with several
housing and commercial areas in and near Taman Connaught, Bandar Tasik Selatan,
Taman Cheras Awana and Damai Bestari.
