About the Station

The Putrajaya Sentral MRT Station is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station serving the suburb of Putrajaya, administrative center of Federal Government of Malaysia. It is one of the elevated station on MRT Putrajaya Line.

The station is located at Putrajaya Sentral. Terminal Putrajaya Sentral (TPS) is a bus hub and a train station on the Express Rail Link in Presint 7, Putrajaya. This Station also served as an interchange station with KLIA Transit.

The Station has been built based on Island Platform architecture.

Putrajaya Sentral MRT Station started operation on 16 March 2023 under phase two operations of the line.

Putrajaya Sentral

Putrajaya Sentral comprises a multimodal transport services apart from the MRT Station, ERL Station, which includes the unfinished Putrajaya Monorail station (abandoned as of now), a taxi centre, and a bus hub (currently utilised by RapidKL and Nadi Putra buses) that has city buses serving Putrajaya, express buses serving the city and scheduled intercity buses.

The transportation complex also contains a couple of restaurants and retail shops.
