About the Station
The Raja Muda LRT Station is a Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station serving
the suburb of Seksyen 2 and Seksyen 16, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. It is one
of the elevated station on Shah Alam Line (LRT3).
The Raja Muda LRT Station is located within walking distance to SIRIM
Complex, Section 2, Shah Alam.
According to The Edge Malaysia on 22 June 2026, the LRT3 Shah Alam Line,
which serves Shah Alam and its surrounding areas, will officially begin
operations on Monday, 29 June 2026.
Based on the official alignment map released, this station is marked as a
provisional station.
On October 13, 2023, during the Budget 2024 presentation, the authorities
announced the reintegration of five stations that were previously under
provisional status, including the Raja Muda LRT station, to be built
alongside the rest of the Shah Alam Line.
The station is expected to be completed and operational by 2027.
