About the Station
The Kayu Ara LRT Station is a Light Rapid Transit (LRT) station serving
the suburb of Kayu Ara, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It is one of the elevated
station on Shah Alam Line (LRT3).
This Station is located within vicinity of Bandar Utama, Damansara Jaya and
Damansara Utama. The area take the name of Sungai Kayu Ara, small river
across the area.
According to The Edge Malaysia on 22 June 2026, the LRT3 Shah Alam Line,
which serves Shah Alam and its surrounding areas, will officially begin
operations on Monday, 29 June 2026.
