About The Station
The Kepong Sentral KTM Komuter Station is a KTM Komuter train halt forms part of
a common KTM Komuter railway line in Port Klang Line. The Station was
built and operational on July 2006.
Situated beside Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), this station was
built to cater traffic in Kepong, a suburban area situated near to Kepong,
which is also connected via the Kepong KTM Komuter Station 1 kilometre away.
Starting from 1 December 2008, it became one of the stations of the Sentral
KL-Ipoh-Sentral KL intercity route. However, it was ceased in August 2010
and replaced by ETS services to Ipoh.
The Kepong Sentral KTM Komuter Station is an interchange station with the
Sri Damansara Timur MRT
Station in MRT Putrajaya Line.
