About the Station

Kinrara BK5 LRT Station is a light rail transit station operated by RapidKL serving the Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. This Station was opened on 31 October 2015, along with 11 other LRT Stations in Sri Petaling Line LRT Extension Project (LEP) that was kicked off in the middle of 2013 started from Awan Besar Station and passes through Kinrara, Puchong, and ended at Putra Heights Station. The first stage of 4 stations was completed in September 2015 and commenced operations on 31 October 2015.

With the available of 176 car park bays, this Station is convenience for commuters who need to park-and-ride.

It is nearby Giant Hypermarket Bandar Kinrara BK5 and Eight Kinrara Setia Office.

Platform Architecture

As part of a green initiative, Kinrara BK5 LRT Station includes green practices. Energy-efficient lights and rainwater harvesting systems were installed in this Station. Windows were designed to allow sunlight into the stations. Construction utilized sustainable materials and recycling practices.
