Jerteh ECRL Station is an ECRL station serving the Jerteh area in northern Terengganu. The station is currently under construction as part of the Kota Bharu–Gombak section of the East Coast Rail Link. Passenger services on this section are scheduled to commence in January 2027 following completion of the infrastructure in December 2026. The station provides rail access to Jerteh and surrounding areas in Besut district.

Nearby attractions include Lata Tembakah, Pantai Air Tawar and the Kuala Besut jetty area, which provides access to Pulau Perhentian. Jerteh is also a gateway to destinations in northern Terengganu and southern Kelantan.
