Station, the Mass Rapid Transit station located at Section 16 near to
Eastin Phileo Damansara, a modern township nestled within PJ and
Kuala Lumpur.
About Section 16
Section 16 is one of the most strategic gateway to Petaling Jaya given
its location near Damansara Sprint Highway. It neighbors Bukit Kiara to
the northern, Section 17 to the Western, Section 12 & 13 to the Southern,
and University of Malaya to the Eastern. The major landmarks in Section 16
are Philleo Damansara, CP Tower, Eastin Hotel and Universiti Islam
Antarabangsa.
In term of housing or residential at Section 16, there are numbers of
uniformly large of well set and attractive bungalows which are built on
undulating topography. The bungalow units have spectacular great view of
University of Malaya and neighboring Damansara Heights. Complementing the
bungalows, there are exclusive condominiums set along the western boundary
with Section 17 includes Tiara Damansara, Prima 16 and Li Villas.
As for the daily needs and shopping, there is no shopping mall located in
Section 16. However, the strategic location of Section 16 provide fast and
easy access to all the major shopping mall in town such as One Utama at
Bandar Utama, Jaya Shopping Centre at Section 14, Bangsar Shopping Centre
